If they are rightfully your assets, you have the right to remove them, the courts will only bar the removal, sale, destruction of marital property and jointly owned property.....and the courts are not always right.
Lawyers are just that, they are in it for the money and nothing else. If there was some way that people could review and comment on lawyers and judges and DA's, there would be a whole new game in the legal system and for a change these people would start working for us. Lawyers pad each other's pockets and remember the Judges are lawyers too, where did they come from ?

Actually it's more than opinion, it's fact I've been there, if you have property that was your's before the marriage then it is yours, that you can remove even if you need the Sheriff to protect you in the process. Any of your property that get damaged while in the possession of the other party, needs to be replaced or compensation of assessed value as determined by a licensed appraiser.
I've personally been down this road and recently had a friend go through the same thing and this was the rules with his conditions as well.

Lawyers are like anyone else trying to make a living. They are very expensive but probably because they are in such high demand - Supply and Demand.

I'm betting his atty doesn't love him - didn't you see the part where he's not paying his atty? The atty is going after his house.
You kind of have to wonder though. The atty sees stuck doesn't want to pay a dime to the mother of his kids, and still thinks stuck's going to pay him?
Although, with the advice that atty gives, I wouldn't want to pay him either.

My lawyer feels since the stbx hasn't contribute to the household expenses in 20 years, she should pay my lawyer fees with her proceeds from the house...it is only fair since I dutifully payed for everything and she hasnt contributed anything not even being a housekeeper....she really didnt do a good job at it...my lawyer believes he has convinced the judge of this!
My lawyer also feels since she lives in the house she should do all the repair work, since I work I shouldnt have to....if she wants to sell the house, she should get her lazy a$$ off her chair and move it!
My lawyer also feels after 20 yrs, the stbx can get a job and be able to make not $20,0000 a yr but $25,0000 from all the wealth of information he found on the internet about training for a job!
