Is Colorado pro 50/50 or is it hard to get. My ex wants me to have every other weekend and I think we will never agree. If it is left up to the courts what is the norm

It depends on the county and the judge...our judge was very pro 50/50, but not all are. I *think* the state presumption is in favor of 50/50 but I don't have the law in front of me. I will look it up later and post...

okay, I couldn't find a statutory presumption...but I think it is common, but again, depends on each judge. I am in El Paso County, and don't know anything about Larimer and the judges up there. The statute just provides for the best interests of the child, and is C.R.S. 14-10-124 and availabe online. i was reading the print version and it is super long to type out:)

When we divorced I agreed to joint custody, I had 140 overnights, she had the rest.
Last year she sent me an email to tell me here is the calendar, you have 75 overnights. The reason? She uses my daughter as an excuse saying our relationship is not good at all (thanks to her) and she doesn't feel I should have my kids with me more than those nights!
I tried reasoning with her, went to mediation, had to end up hiring an attorney, I filed for 50 50 (on a 5225 parenting schedule), I was accused of being too hard on my daughter and since we couldn't agree.. The judge appointed a child family investigator. He did the investigation and got to see the piece of work she is, his report recommended 50 50. CFI report weights heavily in court as judges have trusted them to give them the power to decide what is the best interest of the children.
Our court date is in less than 5 days, her lawyer is trying to dispute the report as she looked pretty bad in it.
It is doable but it sure takes a lot of work especially if your ex loves to accuse you of the things i have been accused of.
