If you feel any better - I filed in fall of 2007 and he is still in the house. Not paying his share of bills, not helping to support our daughter but won't move out because that means he would have to pay Support and his GF would stop receiving alimony. So all I can say is try your best to hang in there and NO CONTACT with him what so ever. My STBX not paying the bills is just more Dissapation of maritial income/assets which is up already to over 35,000.00 so in the end it will bite him in the a**
