The MSA says that I will reimburse x, as additional support, for the actual cost of her "health insurance" premiums. She wants vision and dental included. I said medical only.

I was just going by Blacks Law Dictionary: "A concract or agreement whereby an insurer is obligated to pay or allow a benefit of pecuniary value with respect to the bodily injury, disablement, sickness, death or acidental means of a human being, or because of any expense relating thereto, or because of any expense incurred in prevention of sickness, and includes every risk pertaining to any of the enumerated risks." Perhaps I should be more generous. Thanks!

In VA it includes dental and vision. Be grateful... she could get you to pay for braces out of pocket! I have 3 kids getting braces... $60,000 over the next 5 years due to overbite issues, etc...
-------------------- Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
