Only if they seek a judgment against you for debt that you owe them and it is granted to them by a court. Loooong process though!
If they try to bully you into signing them over to them just say no!

I do not plan to give it to them...I plan to keep the whole amount for myself...again! I will not share it! Judge said I can keep last years tax return, then I am keep this years too
