I got married on Feb 14th 1988 and we split three months later. In two months it will be 21 years since we have seen each other. No contact what so ever. And I do not know where he is.
I have a man in my life and he wants to marry me. But I am still married I think. I don't know if he got a divorce from me or not.
Now what? How do I divorce someone when I have no idea where he is? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to your county court house or an attorney and let them know that you want to do a divorce by publication. They will run an ad in the local paper for a minimum of 4 weeks and that will serve as him being served. You will have to pay the filing fee at the court plus the add fee. Or if you go through an attorney, it should be just a flat fee. Good luck!
