Hello,
I am new here. I divorced my abusive, narcissistic husband after 9 years of marriage. The divorce lasted 3 years......I could write a book. Has anyone else had negative experiences with your lawyer, judge, and procecuting attorney?

Welcome to Michigan, Divorce is defiantly one of the hardest things anyone can encounter, If the stress from the divorce will not get you, the corruption within the family courts will.

Your not alone and no case is unique, we are all victims of the family court public corruption, do not ever doubt it.

I feel your pain and all your frustration. I have an active case in Michigan and have lived in another state for years. My ex used to abuse me and my children even sexually assaulted me during a parenting time drop off, failed two lie detector tests and they still did nothing. He hit one of my children and admitted to the polic he hit him and still they did nothing. He hasn't seen my son in almost 3 years, no phone contact no nothing by his own choice. I petition the court for sole legal and now he wants to see him. So we are in the middle of aparenting time evaluation. What does it say about society and the courts in general when they forget the thngs that are important with our children and focus on the things that are more attactive?

Hi goneriding, Sorry to hear about your situation. I just signed on here to respond to this post! I am also married to a narcissist, for 6 years. I am in the process of preparing for filing. I am going to a womans domestic violence advocacy for help. Just wondering what county you are in and what lawyer and judge you had? I would like to avoid these people if possible. Thanks
