Hi guys,
Two little girls, mississippi, joint legal and physical custody. paper says girls cannot be alone in the presence of mom's bio-mom, and husband. (the girls grandmother and step granddad) grand parents live in mich. mom took the girls to mich, without notifying Dad. the problem is that the reason for this stipulation in the divorce, was that mom stated that she was physically sexually abused as a little girl by being fed to her mom's husband by her mom (the grandparents) There is no legal action, and it has never been in court. What rights, if any, does dad have as far as preventing our of state visits to these people in the future? Can he modify the custody order? can he put a stipulation in?
Thank you!
