Divorce Source: what do i do?

i have a lot of questions because this divorce is all over the place, first, he is from turkey trying to get citizenship and we have not been together for over a year. He will not grant me my divorce because he wants the green card. We haven't been together because he left too many times when we were married, with various people, promiscuous friends of his of both sexes. He also has been in trouble with the law as often as he has lived in this country.

I have a daughter to take care of from another relationship, deadbeat dad.

I was supporting my husband for most of the marriage because he said "he couldn't find work". When i found him a job, he refused to work at the time because it was a liquor store, he said he was "too good for it". I supported him and assumed things would get better in the marriage when he started working. There was constant verbal abuse to my daughter and me, along with physical abuse to my animals, that he later confessed to.

He finally was able to work and asked me to quit my job. He told me I could go back to school. We have pretty much not even talked to each other for over a year on the phone, unless it was about the bills or or things of that matter. He got a lawyer. Now he is using my online logging info while talking to my friends, in an online video game, with convos, these people who don't know me in real life, against me. I was flirty to my online friends. He has already been on dates and told me. We have been separated for more than a year, so his dates didn't make me upset(it wasn't thrilling either). He is going to use my conversations with my online buddies in from a game to say I haven't been a fit wife to get out of support. I just want temporary spousal support so i can get a job. He of course wants to leave me with 0, and to ensure himself a green card without me.

But he has been recently been caught for embezzlement by his workplace for 527k and he confessed that to me. He has asked me to lie to his former employer and has clung on to me. Verbally abusing me over text messages on my cell phone constantly hounding me. Insulting not only me, but my daughter, family and country as well. what should i do?
