Temp domestic violence injunction hearing

I have been falsely accussed by my wife of domestic violence in order for her to use it as leverage to get custody of the kids. This is in the state of Florida My question is this:
Statue states hearing will be no later than 15 days from being filed. Well my hearingis on day 16. I wanted to know if there is anyone else that has gone through this situation and was it dismissed because it was not heard within the 15 days as stated in statue?

Dont look for loopholes. Look to defend yourself and show the judge she is full of it and it's a simple legal tactic to gain custody of the kids.

I'm going through same thing. Crazy.

How much will the courts weigh this for custody when the sitter, her mom and dad, my mom and day, her sisters want me to have the kids?
