Hi, My wife and I are hoping to file for divorce (constructive abandonment) ourselves rather than through a lawyer to avoid fees, but we are wondering how to formalize our agreement on divorce settlement. We have come to our own, complete agreement over support and division of property (she basically wants more support in lieu of property).
What do we do to have the agreement finalized? Do we need to have it finalized by a lawyer? Can we submit it on our own along with the divorce papers? Will the court honor it?
Thank you very much

Not sure why it says "censored", so I will try this once more, if all fails, then simply go to the website, AndersonParalegal.com and click on the Uncontested Divorce tab.
