My wife and I met this week and she has decided to get a divorce. We have been separated for 3 months, living totally apart, and I found that she has used one of my old accounts, gained access to a web site I currently use, and showed up as me.
1. I thought the account was closed and I have never given her permission to use my pasword and ID.
2, I believe she has violated my right to privacy by searching for me on this web site.
She is using a computer that I do not have access to located in our home. And there are pictures and descriptions of me in the account that she is using, it does not show up as her.
I am sure that this is wrong, and I need to know if I can take leagle action to stop this invasion of my privacy.
