im about to file a divorce soon and want to know some information regarding "illegal immigrant" status. my wife is out of status for over 5 years now and im wondering if what's gonna happen to her when i file for divorce. she's working illegaly here in CA and she's the one who cheated on me and right now she currently have a boyfriend. we also have 2 kids and i have them both most of the time.
any info or answers are greatly appreciated. thanks.

by the way, i forgot to mention that we've been separated for a year and a half now and i have both my kids.
