Disability a reason for divorce

I was disabled with severe nerve damage in my lower splinal cord.My wife wants to claim cruel and inhuman treatment to her because of my disability.I am no longer capable of the things I once was.Can I do this so we can part ways.Uncontested no children from this marriage.Thanks, Tim

Why bother , claim constructive abandonment ( no sex for the prior year ) like most uncontested filers .
