After talking with my wife, we have decided to get divorced. To my surprise, when I brought the subject up, she already knew where the conversation was heading and had no tears. We're going about this in a civilized fashion. Since my wife is unable to work for medical reasons, we decided only to separate after both of our vehicles are fully paid off. That way, the burden of paying 2 rents won't be so heavy. She's not asking for alimony after the divorce is finalized, however, I offered to provide medical insurance for her. I guess I'm just a nice guy. So, with that said, thanks to everyone for your support and advice.
