I found out that my EX has been remarried for 3 years keeping it a secret; she lives on East Coast, I'm in CA. I only know she's married, but do not know where it happened and the date. I know her SS#, spouse's name, and the state they live in. A search of records in her state turned up nothing. She could have gotten married anywhere in the world, how can I find out? I need proof of her marriage to show the court.
My divorce papers say the spousal support stops if she gets remarried. Anybody know a way to get the proof I need? A PI is too expensive. Is there a reliable, cheap way to get the information? (i.e, a reliable search engine on the internet?) And will the courts in CA grant me back-spousal support repayments?
