i lived with my husband for 10 yrs, legally married for the last 4 yrs. in the 7th month our our legal marriage my husband served me with an order of protection, had me arrested on false charges and after being in the judicial system for 1 year, he dropped the charges. for the last 3 yrs he has not allowed me access to our home, which I know is an illegal eviction. He now wants a divorce, we have no marital assets, but have wedding expenses that still remain unpaid which are in my name and no children. He is a civil service employee, I want to know am I entitled to anyhthing? what are my rights if any
