Modified Judgement of Divorce

Yeah, my lawyer decided after 4 months to change the language in the judgment of divorce for CS purposes and waive my rights to collect $25 from the X for the 20 yr old who lives with me.

X said "WTF, you can't do that, that child gets his CS til he's 21 even if its $25 and only for one year. Ooooh I get it, the judgement for divorce was signed back in July and now you owe me over $6000 and your lawyer is trying to submit a new judgement so you don't owe me any arrears, well I'm not signing no new Stip to agree to this...F you and your lawyer!"
