Hey guys! Quick question (maybe!)...
My ex stated that he won't be able to take the kids for one of his weekends in October. I was PO'd because dh and I had been planning OUR trip for over a year. (Homecoming at his University is that same weekend).
So I said fine, we'll just take all of the kids with us. I had him confirm TWICE that he was forfeiting his visitation. Now after we've gotten the hotel rooms, etc... he's stated that we can't take the kids because their grandma is going to babysit them. He's going to be 6 hours away. So wouldn't I get ROFR?

Is he going to be away for the whole weekend? If not, I would cancel the room for the dids (if you can get your money back). Otherwise, I would just take them with me!
