I am in the process of my divorce. I have already gone through the temp. order hearing, I have a status conference hearing scheduled for end of october. It says "A fast track schedule for uncontested cases and dissolutions will be permitted. Such cases may be set within 14 days after the court is notified of their resolution." Does this mean when I go to status hearing I may request my lawyer to try for dissolution and if we agree it will go faster, and how much faster. I am in Portage County, Ohio Also, it has not been presented to the judge and/or magistrate but my husband kicked me and my daughters out after having an affair and leaving me for his second cousin, whom was 17 yrs old at time of beginning of affair he was 31: after having affair with her for months in our home...then not seeing his daughter or talking to her or I for 5 years. Would this help my case or just make it take longer? Thank you
