20 and No Clue Of What To Do

Hello All, Not sure of how to ga about doing this, My name is Heather 20 years, my husband Brandon 24 and i have recently seperated. He has taken my car, and hid it so i cannot get it, it was a gift given to me during the marriage, we had a house thathe has as well, but had it before we got married, im not interested in getting the house but my car is a nessecity that i must have and cant get it back. What should i do? And how?

If the car is titled in your name, call the police, file a report and press charges. Should be pretty simple.

its not though he had it titled in his name, i guess for gift giving reasons but i did pay half on the car when i discoverrd his father paid the 3k for it too begin with, made an agreement to pay him back monthly but after my taxes came though i gave him half then and my husband gave the other half, i sure as hello kitty kitty didnt want to be in debt to his father in anyway shape or form, just dont know what to do now to get what i feel is rightfully mine!!!
