So my husband moved out about two months ago. He said he wasn't happy and we needed a break. He moved in with friends for a while, and then moved in permanently with this female coworker. I think they have been having a thing since she started working there, but not sure how to prove it.
When he moved out he told me to stop using the bank card. He opened a new account and transferred all the money over to his new account. I am a 1/2 time student, and work part time. I live w my parents now, or else I'd be living under a box.
He hasn't filed for divorce yet bc he says he doesnt have the money yet.
NOw, woyld it be smart for me to start the paperwork? let him do it and wait?? and what are my benefits since he moved out, and tried cutting me off everything? We are a young couple, married for almost 5 yrs..so we really didnt have much. I am living off my 1/2 time work salary. And he also wanted to stop paying my car insurance..but somehow I convinced him to keep it on his.
I was trying to be as nice and patient as I could , but then I find out he moved in with another female..and I am enraged. No more nice girl. What can I do so I can win and get the most out of it and teach him a lesson. ??
