need help before temporary orders hearing

have a temporary hearing in nov..i am unemployed n just got here from overseas.cant drive, have a child..married for 4 yrs..husband makes 49k annually..what r my chances of getng spousal maintenance and if i get a job having to work on weekends, the additional weekend daycare is it considered in child support calculation? will i have minimum wage computed as a income,taken into account i just got here from overseas n cant drive also..n transportation expenses for e child's daycare to n fro is it also considered in child support calculation? does it make any difference if i start working now or aft temporary orders?
