hi my wife was Germany cheating on me with tons of men while i was deployed she wipe my savings out never paid bills left me in debt and moved out before i got back after all the lies she told me. when i got back stateside i filed divorce in march of this hear i used all my vacation days to do this now i am deployed the judge finally put in the journal entry that he was satisfied and i should let the court no when i am in the country to set a date for final hearing . i have no more vacation days left and i am deployed for 15mos and my wife is already in Italy living and engage to another soldier i want to get her off a lot of my stuff. so my question is can i give my mother power of attorney and have her call the court set a date and stand in at the final hearing and divorce signing on my behalf? if so what motions do i need to file or what affidavits is needed?

You might want to post this in the military divorce forum. There are more posters there, but they might not be around until Monday.
