My divorse decree is from Alabama but my ex lives in Oklahoma. My kids live with me but I've been paying alimony each month for the last 9 months with 7 left. I just found out over the last couple of days that she has move in with her boyfriend....I don't care about that but i'm thinking my payments should stop now..my thinking is alimony is for helping your ex out to get back on her feet.. not once they make decision on a dual income household. I need advice.

Does your divorce decree include a cohabitation clause ?
I've heard the problem is proving they are living together.
You might want to post this in the alimony forum or the cohabitation forum. This one doesn't tend to get as much traffic.
