My divorse decree is from Alabama but my ex lives in Oklahoma. My kids live with me but I've been paying alimony each month for the last 9 months with 7 left. I just found out over the last couple of days that she has move in with her boyfriend....I don't care about that but i'm thinking my payments should stop now..my thinking is alimony is for helping your ex out to get back on her feet.. not once they make decision on a dual income household. I need advice. It would be easy to prove because she has told her daughters.

Unless you have a cohabitation clause, there is nothing you can do.
Just be thankful that you don't have a lifetime clause.
And, it might be six months before you get before a judge.
Plus, figure out what it will cost you in legal fees, it might be cheaper to keep paying the alimony.
