What do I do?
      #592055 - 10/26/09 05:03 PM

I have been married to a girl who took my daughter and moved to Canada, without my permission. It's been almost 5 years and I still have never been able to locate her, very sad about not seeing my daughter. I would like to divorce her. I live in PA now versus Florida where we were married. Been here for 3years. ( I feel like she just married me for the Green Card ) How do I go about divorcing her without being able to find her or her signature?? Any help on this would be great. Thank You Sincerely Tim M

Do some research on line. I believe (at least in some states) you can claim abandonment if your spouse disappears for a year or more. You don't need a signature from her to get the divorce. Contact a lawyer for details because I think there is a very specific process you have to follow to prove abandonment.

Taking your daughter to Canada does not require your permission. However, hiding your daughter from you is now an international abduction. Talk to your attorney and contact the INS to see if you can register a complaint against your STBX. Maybe they can flag her green card and keep her from re-entering the US, notify you if she is in the US or generally make her life more difficult for abusing you to get the green-card.

Read my response to the post about the "house."

There is no one...period...on this site that can help you as I can. No one.

And, that is why I am hated so much by the f eminazi PIGS of this site that have claimed this site as their own to perpetuate and propogate their lies.

When you are ready to discern the truth, I am here.

Its a little silly to have a Men's Rights section of a Divorce Forum.

Men don't have rights in Divorce, only responsibilities to pay for stuff. Zero rights...

After my temp hearing, it very much seems that way.

Family court is a joke. It is a scam to milk fathers that are trying to have a relationship with their child. All the judges and lawyers play along this game to get rich. If there were stricter laws, none of this drama would be there.
