I just got married in august 31 we been together for 17yrs he said to me marry me youll have health insurance sell the business come live with me Ill take care of you. My back has been hurting me since march when i fell losing my business cuase os my health. We been together all that time why not and I did love him. week after we gotten married found out about his trick on the side and he has been taking alot of money out of his dads account that he was power of attorney of. I found out I have eight disc out of place neck lower back authrities, and tissue growing pressing on my spinal cord so yes Im in alot of pain all the time thats why I cant work found that out after we got married no worries. Three weeks living at his dads his dad came home to die I'm the one who took care of him it was hard. His dad died 0n 10/8/09 a week ago he found out he wont be working company is locating to china. He is getting a package money upfront pluse year pay. saterday night he snapped now he wants a divorce. Tried kicking me out my name is on the electric and cable eventually everyone will have to leave to sell the house theres three brothers and one sister we were gone buy the house. what can I do "HELP"

Get a lawyer. You are entitled to some of that years' salary he is getting up front, do it now.
