HI,
Is there anyway to verify someone received orders for active duty?

That's cool, Red. It worked for me. I am able to verify his begin date. Now if only I could figure out where he is in S. Korea. Any ideas?

call the AF locator then. Anyone on active duty status can be found at anytime.

I know this will sound stupid, but what is an AF locator?

Google it. There used to be a 1-800 number you could call with name, rank, and you could find out the duty location. Last time I used it was a few years ago, but I am sure they still have it.
Call the base operator at your base and ask him/her for it.

thanks Red. I went to the site. Looks like I have to write a letter of request and send them a check. They then send my request to the active duty member. Maybe I'm not understanding it right.
