Yes, it is very sad. The mom is a friend of mine, we were sorority sisters and went to college together.
They've had quite a road to travel since early October when they found out about the luekemia. They're staying strong and fighting hard, so is there son :).

I didn't want to look, but I just did, and damnit, now I have tears too.
Many prayers to them, and I hope next year they get to have Christmas at home with the little guy.

Thank you LeAnne. Yes, it's very tear-jerking every time I read their updates.
They didn't expect Brock to live more than a week or so after his diagnosis, b/c everything it entailed - he's now lived over 2 months since. We are all very thankful for that!
