Financial Affidavit question

I'm trying to do my own divorce using the "do it yourself divorce guide" the state judicial department puts out, but I have a question about the financial affidavit - do I only list debts and/or assets that were acquired pre-marriage or that are in my name only, or do I list all assets and debts.

List both pre-marriage and debts in the marriage
