What is the rule if the overnight stay is a weekend stay? To further complicate what if the husband has agreed to place the gfriend in the pool house and he stays in the main house with the child? What is the rule if the husband and the girlfriend stay in the pool house and the minor child stays in the main house with her grandparents?

Why would there be a rule if the child was with grandparents in a different house?
