DCF and 'allegations'

Hey forum,

Maybe someone here knows about this subject .
My SBTX wife has been verbally and physically abusive to me, and then falsely reports me for domestic abuse. Well DCF got involved and then she claims that I would drink and do drugs(pot) and be abusive to her and our daughter. which is absolutely not true. So of course DCF is requesting drug tests and I cannot pass them at the moment.
Is there any thing I could do-
The wife has been nothing but a terrible influence around our daughter. She has lied and made these false allegations to dcf .

what will I have to do to defend against dcf trying to do what they do ...

I have refused to submit to a first drug screen from them , and am waiting for a call ...

Anyone have any advice?

Would a lawyer be any help when dealing with dcf or would it be more of a waste of money ??

Why did you refuse? Why can't you pass a test? Sounds like the allegations aren't so false.

Your best option would be to go through the steps with DCF and allow them to document their finding as a false report. Then it will go on record that you were accused and found innocent and your STBX filed a false report.
