Filed 10/28/09, no action since then

My husband filed on 10/28/09. We submitted the Separation Agreement 11/23/09. It is an uncontested divorce, no attorneys. I responded to the summons within 40 days, but he has not filed it. He has not submitted the Sworn Statement to Removal of Barriers to Marriage or the Affidavit of Regularity.

Can I file the Request for Judicial Intervention without these papers being on file?
