The current stipulation call for the non custodial parent to have the children during school breaks. When school vacation comes around (Christmas vacation, Thanksgiving vacation)she takes them for a few days and then returns them before the break is completed.The last school break (Spring vacation)she outright refuse to take them. Need help in wording the violation.

I dont understand why you are filing a violation for you being able to spend more time with your kids. And the judge will ask you the same thing- why force someone who clearly doesn't want to spend as much time possible with your kids to spend time with them?
Wouldn't you want your kids with someone who WANTED them?
