has anyone ever heard of this?
      #638320 - 03/03/10 05:33 PM

I was talking about my child support (or rather-lack of child support)and someone that was listening in on my conversation told me that when he was in arrears the state paid his child support and made him serve time in jail for what they paid. 1 day in jail=$50 worth of support.

I'm thinking that this guys ex was probably getting public assistance & it was actually the state that he was paying back but quite honestly I didn't really want to get into an indepth conversation with him.
Just wondering if anybody else has any info on this...
