havent seen husband for 2 years

I havent seen him for two years,he went back to Canada 3 months after we married .Does anyone know if I can get this Annuled ?

You can only receive an annulment if the marriage was never consummated (sex)or it was based on fraud (i.e., he lied about already being married, who he is, etc. - difficult to obtain).

If neither of those apply, then you'll have to file for divorce.
