the baby's father has her tues eve to wed eve, e/o friday from 10a-7p, e/o opposite weekend from fri 6p to sun 6p. he feels it isn't fair for him to have to pick her up and take her home. is this kind of detail decided by the court?

Personally I think it should be the CP's responsiblilty to deliver the child and the NCP's responsiblity to take them back.

When my 2 kids are living with there daddy I have to go pick them up and take them back. When they are living with me he has to do pick-up and drop off.

The court mediator can dictate that kind of finite detail if you make them. The courts would hope that two people can be mature enough to determine pick up and drop off decisions. The general rule seems to be that each parent picks up from the other's home.
