I need help

I have no idea of my rights. I am terrified of losing my kids. My exwife is getting remarried and moving to Canada. She has full custody. Do I have any rights? Can I stop her from moving my kids?

You have an excellent chance of blocking her taking the children, but not preventing her from moving.

The FIRM's FAQ's has excellent material on this along with the Document pages with some of the most recent case law showing the trend that a child should NOT be moved away.

Even if she has Sole Custody, you can still block her from relocating the children. Call a couple of attorneys in your area ASAP and get a motion before the courts.
