I was a SAHM who also ran the adimistrative end of our construcion busniess. I left the home for personal safety reasons (was not smart enough to get the law involved).
I am now going for full custody and worry that because he has the marital home, he will win. How important is that??? I still take care of all of their medical needs and our youngest has a mild case of Cerebral Palsy which I took care of all PT, OT and IEP......... I always did everything for the kids, he just played with them and took them camping, he was just fun Dad.. (which is very important I realize but hey need so much more). Our 18 year old stayed at the marital home and we now share the 9 year old boy and 10 year old girl 50/50 which I have been fighting for a long time.... (court keeps getting postponed). What is my chances??? We are in PA
