Really, our china which was really expensive, has my last name initial, which is not the same as her's and her husbands. Why would you even want it. It's not a common letter, so what would be the rational?

My ex kept the strangest thing. Hw 'but my High Schol class ring? Just a nrmal class ring.
The sad part was I had lst it for TWENTY years, sme guy found it with a metal detectr, contacted the schl, wh contatacted my Mom...I had it back fr 2 years after being lost....
And she kept it and refuses to this day to give it back.

DId she sell her house when you got married and move in to yours? I did.
I got 1/2 the appreciation on the house during our short marriage. But, it was before the housing bust.

People can ask for pretty much anything when they go to court, it does not mean they will get it.
IN most states, if not all, you have to be married for a certain amount of time before the court would even entertain the idea of spousal support. Assets you two acquired during the marriage, if any, would need to be settled but she ain't gonna get anything. Just someone trying to make a quick easy buck.
