My husband is a legal resident of the U.S. but a native of Mexico. I need to know if he applies for a divorce in Mexico without my knowledge or consent is it legally binding here?

No , in order to be lawful in the US you would have to be notified and given a chance to respond .

thanks. I've been worried that this is what he's planning as I've found out about a woman in Mexico that he's been seeing when we go there. Last vacation he went alone.
