I wasn't aware that the ratio was almost 2:1. I knew minorities were catching up with degrees, but not at that rate. How recent is that ratio, do you know?

The stats differ a little from study to study, but ones from 2009 show a minimum of a 3:2 ratio (60/40), with some at 2:1 (66/33). It's probably in between...perhaps 63/37). The ratio in the private schools is where it most profound; many schools are reaching the 70/30 level.
Women have earned more BA's, MA's and PHD's every year since 2001.

Anything you can "prove" via google, I can counter it. How come you have "proof" yet someone else's is "nonsense"? Or you will tout that it is from a conservative Tea Party agenda piece or something equally absurd.

I don't have a link handy, but I just looked up the 1 private college in my city (College of St. Scholastica),
Enrollment
3,593
Full time
2,986
Part time
607
Men full time
889
Women full time
2,097
Here's a couple more. St. Thomas was an all-male school in the early 1900's. Here is is where it's at now:
Male 2,988
Female 2,792
St Catherine was an all-female school, and here is where they are now:
Male 31
Female 2,382
These are just a few of the major schools in my state.

You didn't ask for clarification, you asked for proof and evidence. Let's save 10 pages that will look like this... I provide proof that backs up my opinion, you dispute it by providing some blog and get rude and condescending. We have different opinions and that's okay... I will not "convert" you to mine, you won't "convert" me to yours.
