First post- Tax intercept NC

Hello...

Ex and I have been separated for almost 12 months, and he owes about 3400 in back due child support. I'm in NC... is it too late to apply for a tax intercept? I'm only just now finding out about this

In VA that has to be ceritified for an intercept in August -- check with your child support enforcement office as to their dates.

Good point. I know we have til like...oh December to apply for ours. But CSE usually does it for us.

CSE does it for us too. Every year - so we don't have to do a thing.
