Can I go in my home?

My husband left me last week. i am in Maine but from MN. I called to see if I am on the deed to the house but I am not. Do I have the right to go in my own home? WE have been married 8 years.

Yes, you do. It is the marital residence. The name on the deed does not matter.

But, where were you living when he left you? You were not in the marital residence?

If he's changed the locks, you might have a problem.
