If the mother's in hiding and has an unlisted phone number.
Is there anything I can do so that I can talk to my 11 year
old daughter??? How can I access her unlisted information.
I figure if I'm going to be an active father paying your child support, couldn't I at least talk my daughter???

If you have a court order allowing you telephone contact and the mother is violating that order by having an unlisted telephone number of which she has not shared, you can file an OSC (order to show cause).

If you know the town she lives in call the post office and get her address if you play stupid some times they will give you a number they did it for me... Because i had no idea my x was living and they gave me his address and they also had a phone # for him too maybe i just got lucky but it does not hurt to try. File the order also because this will also help someone has got to something.
