My relative's story
------------------------
-Husband & wife were living separately for 11 months.
-Wife filed for divorce on November, 2010.
- Husband was not properly served divorce paper/summons, because he was missing ( because he was living in Overseas, not in Military)
- Wife then served the summons by Publication (local newspaper)-- because husband missing
- on January, 2011 ( 2 months after filing divorce), wife got Default Judgment and Divorce in default hearing.
- divorced Husband still does Not know the allegation & settlement of that divorce case.
Questions to everyone:
--------------------
1) How will husband know that divorce case details?
2) Can husband marry now or husband has to sign any paper before re-marriage?
