My wife and I are considering filing a no-fault divorce in AZ. We have children, and are agreed on joint custody, 50/50 time with each parent. I make about twice as much as my wife. Is it reasonable to expect the courts will agree to a financial settlement with no child support, and spousal support that would equal out our income? When all is said and done, I expect there will be no appreciable assets to split up other than debit.
Thanks in advance for any info.

You don't want to set it up this way. SS is figured after the CS is taken out. SS is hard to change. CS is can be changed on a whim. You can have written there is no CS, and she can ask for a hearing the day you sign the papers, and CS law will override your decree....you will then pay CS AND the SS.
