My dad passed away on 2-25-09, and I got married 3-17-09, also I met my wife 2-17-09.....so not only was I not in the right state of mind going through all of this, but when the Justice of the Peace came to her mother's house to marry us, he said that the one witness would do, for me to forge my mother's signature while she was at work so could not be there. Also....Soon after the marriage papers were signed, she left me, and cheated on me constantly. I now live in the state of Michigan, and have for the past 4 months, and when I left, she had been with some other guy for my last 5 months or so of being in Kentucky......Is there a way to get this marriage annulled???

If you hadn't remained officially married for almost two years, you would have had more argument for annullment. Now though, you should just go ahead and file for divorce.

I agree, she probably won't respond to it and you have no children. Should be short and sweet process. You will probably have to file in the county you were married though, call your local court and ask.
