what is a O.S.J. notice

Hello to all.

I am looking for info regarding the term, PLTF SHALL APPEAR x-xx-11 AT 9 AM RM [censored]. O.S.J. NOTICE ISSUED. I have no idea what a O.S.J. notice is. Any ideas?????

The couple is divorced, but one of them hasn't complied with the terms layed out in the divorce decree and is being taken back to court by the x-spouse.
